Had my bike in to fix a bent derailleur hanger. They turned it around quickly and took care of a few other issues as well and it’s shifting like a dream. Great people and service. Will be back for sure.

Just purchased a cargo e-bike, and I'm so glad I decided to go with Halifax cycles! The whole staff was super patient, and allowed me to borrow the bike for a few days to really get a feel for it before this big commitment. Just bought a new bike at Halifax Cycles after our bikes were smashed in a windstorm. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff and we weren't talked down to as in some other bike shops. Looking forward to getting out and riding the trails soon.

After calling several different shops about doing an extensive overhaul on my bike, I chose Halifax cycles because they seem to have the most product knowledge on my particular Cervelo. Ross was also the most patient person I spoke to out of all the representatives, going into depth on several different questions I had. When we experienced a shipping delay(no fault of theirs) Ross helped me find a solution and made sure i was satisfied. I'll be returning for my next service here.
